Djuma Vuyatela Lodge is located in the Sabi Sand Game Reserve which forms part of the Greater Kruger National Park.
Vuyatela, meaning 'come and visit again', has eight luxury en-suite chalets with a private deck, pool and a separate sitting room. The chalets also have an outdoor shower to experience nature while taking a shower.
The main lodge at Djuma Vuyatela has a bar overlooking a watering hole, as well as a large deck offering guests a game viewing experience, while relaxing. The lodge also has an indigenous aquarium and a suspended bird-watching tower for bird lovers. Djuma Vuyatela Lodge also has a gym and relaxation room as well as a library.
Dinner is either served in the dining room or the boma, in front of a log-fire, and consists of a wide variety of taste choices based on various local and European cultures.
At Djuma Vuyatela Lodge there are many activities to keep you occupied and in touch with nature. Enjoy a guided bush walk and learn more about how the ecosystem functions and the value of the indigenous flora. On foot one also has more opportunities for bird watching, and this area has a great diversity in species. If you prefer you can make use of the game drives, and spot some of South Africa's well know wildlife. Join the evening game drives to view some of the nocturnal animals in their natural habitat.
